My Story — In Pursuit of Light
As a child I was obsessed with jewellery. A decade in finance slowly dimmed that. Then, during the birth of my second child, I saw the darkness of death for a moment, and survived. The pursuit of light came rushing back, and my passion with it.
So I founded Iris & Carly. Iris, for colour and light — the first thing that ever made me feel alive. Carly, for my children, Carl and Molly, and for the free will to begin again. I kept one rule from finance: every pound goes where it belongs — into the material, the stone, and the setting.

The Customer Story:
"As a therapist and healer, I spend my days supporting others through their pain and their transformations. My work is deeply connected to the Earth and to the responsibility we share for protecting it. I care about our natural resources — but I also love beauty and the symbolism of meaningful objects.
That's why I chose a lab-grown emerald. The same colour, brilliance and energy, without the impact of mining. No extraction, no depletion. For me, that matters: I can wear something beautiful while staying aligned with my values.
I chose an emerald for what it represents — luck, growth, healing. These are the qualities I'm calling into my life as I move through my own changes, as a woman, a mother and a therapist. It feels like a companion on that journey."
